Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lime juice

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

8 small tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup diced tomatoes


Instructions

1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2โ€“3 minutes per side until pink.

3. Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and salt until smooth.

4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.

5. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and avocado crema.

6. Serve immediately with lime wedges.

Notes

Adjust chili powder to control heat level.
