Description

St. Patrick’s Day Drinks Green Mimosas made with champagne and citrus juice. Bright, bubbly, and perfect for festive brunch celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale

1 bottle chilled champagne or prosecco

2 cups orange juice

12 drops green food coloring

Optional: green sanding sugar

Optional garnish: lime slices


Instructions

1. Pour orange juice into a pitcher.

2. Add green food coloring and stir.

3. Rim flutes with green sugar if desired.

4. Fill each flute halfway with green juice.

5. Top with chilled champagne.

6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add champagne just before serving to keep bubbles fresh.

Use gel food coloring for deeper color.

For mocktail version, substitute sparkling water or cider.
