Description
Mini shepherd’s pie bites made for St Patrick’s Day party food spreads.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cheddar (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown beef in skillet
2. Add onion and garlic
3. Stir in tomato paste, sauce, broth
4. Simmer until thick
5. Add peas and carrots
6. Fill mini muffin pan
7. Top with potatoes and butter
8. Bake until golden
