Soft St. Patrick’s Day Sugar Cookies made for easy cutting and festive decorating.
Ingredients
Scale
2¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cream butter and sugar
4. Add egg and vanilla
5. Combine dough
6. Roll and cut
7. Bake and cool
Notes
Cool fully before decorating.
