A creamy no-bake dessert layering strawberry cheesecake, bananas, and vanilla wafers.


Ingredients

  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix (5.1 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add condensed milk and vanilla.

3. Fold in whipped topping until creamy.

4. Layer wafers, bananas, cheesecake pudding, and strawberries.

5. Repeat layers; top with strawberries.

6. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Best served cold. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
