These Super Bowl desserts gluten free brownies are rich, fudgy, and easy to share on game day.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.
2. Melt butter and mix with sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well.
4. Mix in cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder.
5. Pour batter into a lined baking pan.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
