Description

These Super Bowl brownie bites are rich, fudgy, and easy to grab during the game.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.

2. Melt butter and mix with sugar.

3. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well.

4. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.

5. Pour batter into a greased mini muffin pan.

6. Bake for 15 minutes.

7. Cool before serving.

Notes

Use liners for easy cleanup.

Do not overbake to keep centers soft.
