Moist and rich Sweetheart Cake Pops dipped in pink and red chocolate for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 cup frosting
2 cups candy melts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Heart sprinkles
Lollipop sticks
Instructions
1. Bake and cool cake.
2. Crumble cake into bowl.
3. Mix with frosting until dough forms.
4. Roll into balls or hearts.
5. Chill for 1 hour.
6. Melt candy melts with oil.
7. Dip cake pops and decorate.
8. Let dry completely.
Notes
