Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 packet taco seasoning
3 cups beef broth
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook beef and onion until browned; drain.
2. Add garlic and taco seasoning; cook 1 minute.
3. Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn, and broth.
4. Bring to boil, then simmer 20 minutes.
5. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
