Description
Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Sheet Pan that roasts sweet and savory in one pan.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line sheet pan.
2. Mix teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic, and ginger.
3. Place chicken on pan and brush with sauce.
4. Toss broccoli with sauce and spread around chicken.
5. Roast 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
6. Brush with extra sauce during last 5 minutes.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overbake chicken.
Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
