Ingredients

- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt, pepper, Parmesan
Instructions
1. Brown sausage in oil.
2. Add onions and garlic; sauté.
3. Add broth, water, and potatoes; simmer until tender.
4. Stir in kale and cream; cook 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with Parmesan.
Notes
