Valentine’s Day sugar cookie cups baked soft and filled with sweet toppings.
Ingredients
Scale
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Filling of choice
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add egg and vanilla
3. Mix in dry ingredients
4. Press dough into pan
5. Bake
6. Form cups
7. Cool and fill
