Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Heat cream until steaming.
2. Pour over chopped chocolate.
3. Wait 2–3 minutes.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Add vanilla and salt.
6. Pour into heart molds.
7. Chill 1 hour until set.
Notes
Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
