Description
White Chocolate Marshmallow Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with gooey marshmallows.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Cool slightly and stir in marshmallows.
6. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Add marshmallows after mixture cools slightly.
Store in refrigerator.
Freeze up to 2 months.
