Zesty Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps with juicy shrimp, romaine, and creamy dressing.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Toss shrimp with oil and seasonings.
2. Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side.
3. Mix romaine with dressing and Parmesan.
4. Fill tortillas with lettuce and shrimp.
5. Roll tightly and slice in half.
Notes
Store shrimp separately if prepping ahead.
Serve immediately for best texture.
