Description

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, spiralized

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Instructions

1. Heat butter in skillet.

2. Cook garlic briefly.

3. Add cream and simmer.

4. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.

5. Add zucchini noodles and toss 2-3 minutes.

6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook zucchini.
