Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Stir in the buffalo hot sauce until the mixture is uniform in color.
Fold in the shredded chicken until every piece is well coated.
Transfer the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish or a small cast-iron skillet.
Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes until the edges bubble and the cheese is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for five minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded rotisserie chicken rather than canned meat. Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature to make mixing easier. You can serve this with celery sticks, carrots, or tortilla chips.
