Ingredients
16 oz (450g) chicken breast, 2 thick-cut breasts or 4 thinner pieces
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or gluten-free)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and trim excess fat
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan, and garlic powder
Dip chicken in the mixture, pressing to coat all surfaces
Add remaining parmesan atop coating
