Ingredients
4 (6-inch) flatbread (pre-baked or homemade)
2 cups shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie, no salt added)
3/4 cup halal-certified BBQ sauce (no alcohol)
1 cup cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1/2 cup onion (red or yellow, sliced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). If using homemade flatbread, bake for 6-8 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely before topping.
Brush flatbread with 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce. Spread 1/2 cup cheese over each base, avoiding central gaps for even melting.
