Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or baked turkey)
8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (gluten-free if preferred)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1.5 cups crispy fried chicken strips (baked or air-fried if preferred)
1/3 cup breadcrumb mixture
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F
Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Mix with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and refrigerate 15 minutes
Spoon 1 tbsp base mixture into each liner
Add 1 tbsp shredded chicken per liner
Pour 1 tsp ranch dressing over chicken
