  • 1/2 cup beef broth or cooking liquid
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.

2. Place the corned beef brisket in a baking dish.

3. Pour broth around the brisket to keep moisture.

4. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
