Ingredients
- <p>1–2 pounds cooked corned beef brisket</p>
- 1/2 cup beef broth or cooking liquid
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
2. Place the corned beef brisket in a baking dish.
3. Pour broth around the brisket to keep moisture.
4. Cover the dish tightly with foil.
5. Heat in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
6. Check that the meat is warm and tender.
7. Slice against the grain before servinqg.
