Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Beat eggs in a bowl until fully incorporated
Combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a second bowl
Dip each tender into egg mixture, shaking off excess
Coat fully in flour mixture and hold briefly for adhesion
Repeat coating for extra crispiness if desired
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
Arrange tenders in a single layer in the basket without overlapping
Air fry for 8 minutes without flipping
Flip each tender and air fry for 7 more minutes
Check internal temperature to ensure chicken is fully cooked (165°F/74°C)

For vegan adaptation, substitute egg with 1/4 cup aquafaba
