Ingredients

Instructions

Cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds or matchstick strips
Spread slices on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer
Drizzle olive oil, tossing to coat evenly
Sprinkle salt over both sides

Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes
Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the basket
Air fry 8 minutes, flip, then cook 6-8 more minutes
Shake basket midway through to ensure even browning
