Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. Grease the bottom of your slow cooker insert with olive oil.

2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Season both sides of the poultry evenly with the spice blend.

4. Place the seasoned meat in a single layer inside the cooker.

5. Pour the chicken broth around the sides of the meat.

6. Cover and cook on LOW for 240 minutes or HIGH for 120 minutes until reaching 165°F.

7. Remove to shred or slice for this easy crockpot chicken breast recipe.

Notes
