Ingredients
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls (or English muffins)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 oz Rotel Originals canned pineapple
½ cup pineapple juice-based BBQ sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Combine chicken with 2 tbsp BBQ sauce and season
Split rolls and brush insides with remaining BBQ sauce
Top each with 2 tbsp chicken, 1 tbsp mozzarella, and pineapple chunks
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18-20 minutes until golden
Garnish with pineapple rounds before serving
