Ingredients

Instructions

Portion 1/2 cup sliced strawberries into 4 ramekins
Whisk mascarpone until smooth, gradually adding honey until desired sweetness
Pour 2/3 cup mascarpone mixture over strawberries in each ramekin
Blend 2 tbsp honey with 1/4 cup water, add mint leaves and steep 30 minutes
Refrigerate 60 minutes before drizzling strained mint honey glaze over desserts
