Ingredients

4 large tortillas (white flour or whole wheat)
1 cup cheddar cheese (cubed or shredded)
2 cups spinach (chopped fresh baby leaves)
Instructions
Position four tortillas on a clean cutting board
Distribute 2 oz of turkey slices evenly on each tortilla
Place about ¼ cup cheddar cheese on top of the turkey
Add ½ cup chopped spinach over the cheese
Roll the tortillas tightly into a cylindrical shape
