Description

Ingredients

Greek Yogurt – 1 1/2 cups (fat-free or full-fat)
Blueberries – 1 1/2 cups (frozen and thawed or fresh, washed and dried)
Granola – 1 cup (unsweetened or low-sugar, homemade optional)
Honey – 1 1/2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon (can be omitted or substituted with non-alcoholic vanilla extract if avoiding alcohol)


Instructions

Whisk Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and evenly mixed.
Set the yogurt mixture aside. Wash and dry blueberries well to prevent excess moisture from soggying the granola.
Evenly divide the yogurt mixture among four serving jars or containers to ensure even portions.
Spoon fresh blueberries into each jar just below the surface of the yogurt and gently press to settle.
Top the blueberries with a generous layer of granola for crunch.
Drizzle a bit more honey over the granola for extra sweetness and flavor.
