Description

A creamy, tangy frozen treat made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and honey for natural sweetness. These popsicles are a healthier alternative to store-bought versions, packed with protein, antioxidants, and no artificial additives.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt
Strawberries
Blueberries
Honey

Instructions

Wash and hull strawberries
Blend half the strawberries with blueberries in a food processor until smooth
Mix Greek yogurt with honey in a bowl until fully combined
Fold in the blended fruit purée and the remaining whole strawberries
Fill popsicle molds 3/4 full and insert sticks
Place molds flat on a baking sheet and freeze for 8–12 hours

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture
Non-dairy yogurt alternatives work well for a vegan option
Frozen fruit can be used directly for convenience
Maple syrup or agave can replace honey for a vegan version
Line molds with parchment paper for easier removal
Run molds under warm water for 5 seconds to loosen popsicles
Blend frozen fruit with the yogurt base to reduce liquid and create a denser consistency
Layer different fruits in the mold for visual appeal and texture
Avoid overloading molds; fill only 3/4 full to allow for expansion
