Ingredients
16 oz (450g) snap peas (fresh, stemmed)
3 tbsp (45g) unsalted butter
3 cloves minced garlic (or 1 tbsp garlic powder)
1 tsp salt (divided)
1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
Wash and stem snap peas while butter reaches room temperature
In a small bowl, mix butter with garlic and 1/2 tsp salt until smooth
Heat 1 tbsp garlic butter in skillet over medium-high heat until effervescent
Sauté snap peas in single layer for 4-5 minutes until tender but vibrant green
Stir in remaining 2 tbsp garlic butter with 1/2 tsp salt
Cook 2-3 minutes until golden glaze forms on peas
