1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup plain yogurt
3 large eggs

Add yogurt and eggs, mixing on medium speed until smooth
Cover bowl and let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
Chill dough in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight
Roll dough into 1-inch ropes and form into rings around thumb
Use parchment paper as non-stick surface during shaping
Transfer to baking sheet lined with silicone baking mat
Brush tops with egg wash or water
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C)
Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden

Notes
