4 large Zucchini
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 cup Tomato Sauce
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Italian Herbs


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the zucchini and slice each in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the center seeds using a metal spoon to create a deep channel.
Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

Notes
