Ingredients
4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
3 tbsp honey (raw honey recommended)
5 garlic cloves (grated or minced)
3 tbsp soy sauce (use tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
Pat chicken dry. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp cornstarch for the sauce.
Brush 2 tbsp sauce onto both sides of the chicken thighs.
Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes. Flip and brush remaining sauce on top.
Air fry 13 minutes more. Rest 5 minutes on a wire rack.
Return to air fryer at 360°F for 2 minutes to re-crisp skins.
Notes
Preheat air fryer 3 minutes before cooking.
Avoid overlapping thighs for even cooking.
Brush extra sauce 3 minutes before done for darker glaze.
Shake basket every 5 minutes for uniform browning.
Use a thermometer to confirm 165°F internal temperature.
