Description
Lemon herb grilled salmon with fresh citrus and herbs, cooked quickly on the grill for a simple, flavorful meal.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry
2. Mix oil, lemon, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper
3. Brush mixture on salmon
4. Grill skin-side down 4–5 minutes
5. Flip and grill 3–4 minutes until flaky
