A quick, flavorful salmon baked with herbs and lemon for a refreshing dinner.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1 lemon (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tsp dried thyme or dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down.
4. Drizzle olive oil and add garlic.
5. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
6. Top with lemon slices.
7. Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.
Notes
Serve with rice, asparagus, or a crisp salad.
