8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves (minced or roasted)
2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Microwave cream cheese for 30-45 seconds until softened
In a blender, combine cream cheese, parmesan, minced garlic, and butter
Blend until smooth, adding milk as needed to reach desired consistency
Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika
Pat chicken dry with paper towels to enable browning
Place chicken in 9×9-inch baking dish and cover with 3/4 cup sauce
Top with remaining sauce (about 1 cup) and scatter fresh parsley
Bake until chicken reaches 165°F and sauce is bubbly (40 minutes total)
