Ingredients

2 lbs shredded chicken (rotisserie or slow-cooked)
4 cups cauliflower rice
4 cups broccoli florets
2 whole avocados
3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
