Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie, boiled, or cooked)
8–10 tortillas (flour, corn, or cabbage wraps)
2 medium avocados
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 onion
1 tsp olive oil
Spices (chili powder, cumin, paprika)
Optional: pickled onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions until translucent.
Mix shredded chicken with lime juice and spices. Warm in skillet without alcohol.
Toast tortillas using oven or dry skillet.
Spread mashed avocado or vegan cheese onto each tortilla base.
Add chicken mixture, then layer with diced tomatoes and lettuce.
Top with lime slices, pickled onions, and extra cilantro.
