Ingredients
4 (6 oz each) Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning (1 tbsp lemon zest + 1 tbsp black pepper, or store-bought)
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 Lemon slices or 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry and trim excess fat
Brush olive oil evenly over both sides
Press 1½ tbsp lemon pepper mixture onto one side of each breast
Flip and repeat seasoning to coat completely
Place in air fryer basket without overlapping
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes
Insert chicken into basket (no metal racks) and fry for 12 minutes
Flip halfway through cooking, ensuring internal temperature reaches 165°F
Let rest 5 minutes then squeeze fresh lemon juice over tops
