Description

Bite-sized American open-face sandwiches with cubed turkey, crispy turkey bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and buttery toasted Marbled Rye Buns. A halal-compliant, non-alcoholic twist on the classic Kentucky Hot Brown offering smoky, creamy, and salty flavors.


Ingredients

2 cups cubed cooked turkey
6 slices turkey bacon
12 Marbled Rye Buns (or sourdough/potato buns)
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter


Instructions
