Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
1 cup blueberries
4 oz vegan cheddar cheese
1.5 bags assorted crackers
8 marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup white grapes
Instructions
Select a 24×18″ wooden board or slate
Line the board with red paper doilies if desired
Create red, white, and blue zones horizontally
Arrange strawberries in overlapping diamond patterns
Add red bell pepper strips
Place artichoke hearts in white zone
Position white grapes with star-shaped cuts
Add vegan cheese rounds across the board
Top with additional blueberries
Add holly berries to decorative picks
