Ingredients

Scale

24 large shrimp, shell and deveined
48 1/2tbsp crust paste (or store-bought crostini)

In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and marinate.
Use 1/2tbsp crust paste per cup, pressing firmly into muffin tin bases.
Press marinated shrimp halves into crust centers, then brush remaining Cajun seasoning on shrimp tops.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes or until golden. Drizzle with spicy oil during baking.
Top each cup with 1 tsp cocktail sauce, then chill briefly before serving for best texture.

Test doneness at 10 minutes with oven thermometer
Replace hot sauce with olive oil if hot sauce contains alcohol
