Description

A hydrating blend of ripe watermelon and strawberries with creamy yogurt and a hint of honey. This light, refreshing smoothie is perfect for summer, packed with natural sweetness and antioxidants for a revitalizing treat.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups watermelon, cubed and de-seeded
1 cup strawberries, fresh and hulled
1/2 cup plain yogurt, low-fat or Greek
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
23 mint leaves, for garnish


Instructions

Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds.
Hull strawberries and cut into halves or quarters.
Measure yogurt, honey, and lemon juice into a bowl.
Add watermelon and half the strawberries to a blender.
Blend until smooth, then add remaining strawberries, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
Blend again until fully combined.
Serve chilled with mint leaves garnish.

Notes

Lemon juice is optional but adds refreshing brightness.
Substitute honey with maple syrup or agave.
Use Greek yogurt for extra thickness.
Strawberries can be frozen for a colder smoothie.
