Description

Juicy, herby Greek chicken meatballs served with creamy homemade tzatziki sauce. Perfect for dinner, meal prep, or appetizers.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground chicken

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup feta cheese

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cucumber, grated

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp dill

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, feta, herbs, and oil.

3. Form 1-inch balls and place on lined baking sheet.

4. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.

5. Mix tzatziki ingredients and chill.

6. Serve meatballs with sauce.

Notes

Add spinach for color.

Use ground turkey if desired.

Air fry for crispier texture.
